Our Air Dried Venison Strips are made using only regeneratively sourced British Venison from animals that are 100% grass-fed.

The UK’s best venison is from our farmer in Cornwall. They are the first venison farm in the world to be AGW (A Greener World) certified for having the highest animal welfare and grass-fed standards. Unlike wild venison and most other venison farms, ours is tested for TB every year so our customers can rest assured that this is the cleanest meat on the market.

Talking about clean we have independently lab-tested this meat and it's by far the cleanest meat we have ever seen. This is mostly down to the fact that all deers on the farm are calmly walked into an onsite abattoir which means the animals do not travel.

Our Farmed deer only eat 100% grass and herbal lays by using regenerative techniques like mob grazing to regenerate soils and sequester carbon. This all means it's also a great source of omega 3 compared to its wild counterparts which might be eating grains and cereals on arable farms. Once it has been air dried, it is also free from bacteria and has been lab tested.
